J. Waldron Butchers

J. Waldron Butchers is the brainchild of Jamie Waldron, a whole-animal butcher who works with small local farmers to bring good quality meat to people's tables. Well respected by his peers, Jamie decided to adventure out on his own at the start of 2020 by focussing on whole-animal meat shares and now has his own storefront for J.waldron Butchers. After creating a logo for his start-up, I've continued working with Jamie while building our friendship over coffees at Cafe Domenstiique in town. Ask how Jamie and I met, it's a good story.
